  • Develop and implement systems and processes to measure engagement with families and community
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Government policies and guidelines associated with Maternal Child Health & Early Education & Care Services

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of change management and customer experience principles
  • Degree or Diploma in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience
