About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Lead Child and Family Support to join our team at Wyndham City. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a holistic and cohesive customer service experience to families accessing early years services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate operational support functions for early years services, including registration, enrolments, and bookings, financial functions, customer service, administration, business services support, system development, and project coordination.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to measure engagement with families and community, and improve responsiveness and participation in early years services.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service outcomes in accordance with relevant Government policies and guidelines associated with Maternal Child Health & Early Education & Care Services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, community groups, and other organizations.

Requirements



  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in the development, delivery, and coordination of early years services, preferably in a local government setting.
  • Knowledge of Government policies and guidelines related to early years services, and experience in implementing and monitoring service delivery.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
