About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Coles, you will play a key part in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our liquor stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing team, manage inventory, and create a welcoming store environment.
About you and your skills
- You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and are eager to learn about our products and grow with us.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- You are skilled in administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and managing liquor inventory, and are able to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
- You are motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
- You have an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
