Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Pottery Barn in Bondi Junction, Sydney. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a furniture or home decor environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
