About The Role

RACQ Capalaba is looking for a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. It is not necessary to have experience; however, sales experience in a previous role is desirable and importantly, a willingness to learn. We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training programme to set you up for success. As a Relief Retail Consultant, you will be based at our Capalaba store but will be required to cover all RACQ stores.

As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.

• Rate of pay at commencement is $34.49 + Super + Penalty Rate + Travel allowance
• Full Time 37.5hrs per week
• Rostered between 8 30am – 5 00PM Monday to Friday and 9 15AM – 12 15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
  
  

About You

Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.

You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
