Job Role

The Administration Officer (Data Management) is a critical position that ensures accurate program configuration and optimal use of teaching spaces.

  • Maintain and update approved curriculum data within student information systems and timetabling platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of UniSC's class schedules, supporting efficient use of teaching space.
  • Provide insightful reporting, analysis, and recommendations relating to scheduling and curriculum data.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across faculties and campuses to implement curriculum changes and scheduling adjustments.
