Key Responsibilities- Installation, maintenance, and removal of dewatering infrastructure, including sumps, trenches, pipes, and pumps.
- Carry out preventative maintenance of the dewatering system, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
- Diagnose and repair damaged pumps and dewatering infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Review and improve maintenance processes, investigating new technologies and implementing best practices to optimize system performance.
- Prioritize resources and coordinate unplanned work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on employee development and growth.
