    • Document and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, communications, and processes, ensuring high attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales coordination, order management, or a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation and data analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues efficiently.
    • Experience in investigating and processing credits.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software.
    • Basic understanding of international shipping and logistics processes.
