Job Title

We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing advertisement campaigns, referrals and conducting interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process.

  • Key Duties:
  • Manage advertisement campaigns to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process
  • Use online tools such as Workday, LinkedIn and Enboarder to gain insights on our Talent Acquisition process

Requirements:

You will need exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with managers and stakeholders across the organisation. A true enthusiasm and passion for recruitment, with the desire to make meaningful contribution to continuously enhance employee experience is also required.
