Job Title: Senior Communications Specialist

The role of Senior Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communication strategies that engage, motivate and inform the team to support the overall business strategy.

 

This key role is central to fostering a positive culture and promoting a sense of community and connection amongst our team. The successful candidate will be a natural storyteller with excellent time management skills and the ability to work with and communicate at all levels of the organisation.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Working closely with the Leadership Team to deliver clear, purposeful messages to team members
  • Leading the delivery of clear, concise and purposeful communications through targeted mediums that support our team's understanding of the business strategy and connect to our brand
  • Planning and delivering key annual activations including Strategy Roadshows and events that connect our teams across the business to the overall business strategy
  • Developing cohesive communications plans and working with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, product launches and other projects
  • Helping our team in stores to understand business objectives and how they contribute to our overall results
  • Leading and developing a Communications Specialist

 

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be energetic, connected and foster 'big picture' thinking, with the ability to think strategically and deliver relevant, interesting content. You'll also require experience in an internal communications role, with proven experience developing and implementing internal communications strategies.
