Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
