We are seeking highly skilled and motivated hospitality professionals to join our team in Cairns. This role involves working across various areas of the venue, delivering exceptional customer service and experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work effectively as part of a high-performing team, ensuring seamless delivery of service.
- To maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- To engage with our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- ASIC Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.
