About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Grace Care Centre. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm and welcoming reception service, ensuring that all our visitors follow infection control rules and coordinate testing requirements.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing events, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
In this varied and busy role, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Home. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office and have experience of handling cash and keeping reports up to date.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative or reception role, who is comfortable working in an elderly care setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to relate to our residents in a caring and sensitive manner.
