English Language Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ESL teacher to join our team. As an integral member of our educational institution, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality English courses to international students.
The classes will be held in the evenings, Monday to Friday, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging English courses, including testing and assessment
- Collaborate with colleagues to validate and moderate courses
- Provide constructive feedback on students' assignments and assessments
- Manage student attendance and generate reports
- Ensure efficient resource management
- Offer general academic support as directed by the Academic Manager
- Participate in related activities, projects, and duties as required
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Expert level of General and Academic English
- Certificate IV or above in TESOL, or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor degree or above
- Understanding of student needs and passion for student support
- High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- At least two years' experience teaching ESL to international students
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia and willingness to obtain a Police Check
