About the Role

Catch Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing customer-led marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the E-commerce and CRM teams to develop and execute trade plans across email, push, and SMS.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and performance across owned channels to ensure optimal campaign execution.
  • Manage the CRM event calendar to ensure session and GTV targets are met, and customer communications are executed to plan.
  • Recommend suitable channels to maximize reach and effectiveness, and help test and QA campaigns.
  • Collaborate with campaign analysts to develop a deep understanding of campaign performance at a customer level and ensure customer communications drive key business objectives.
  • Present key campaign learnings to inform future decision-making.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a marketing/business-related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience executing customer campaigns across direct communications channels in the retail industry.
  • Experience in helping to deliver customer-led, personalized communications.
  • Experience working in a CRM function with a strong knowledge of best CRM practices and compliance.
  • High-level knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to execute complex customer campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
