About the Role

The Senior Property Accountant is a key position within our client's organization, responsible for providing financial expertise to support the growth and success of their commercial and retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to stakeholders, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, including outgoings, percentage rent, and extended trade models.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including leasing assumptions, reviews, and analysis.
  • Prepare and present annual outgoings estimates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in property accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling.
  • CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working in the property sector, with a strong understanding of commercial and retail property markets.
  • Proficiency in MRI software, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
