  • A car and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
What We Offer

We understand how important it is to maintain balance in your life. That's why we offer a flexible hybrid model: work from home, our Sydney offices, or the community—it's up to you. Control over your schedule: book your appointments to suit your lifestyle.

  • Options for part-time work, reduced hours, or even a 9-day fortnight (after probation)
  • Suburban offices with free onsite parking and convenient access
  • An extra week of annual leave after three years of service
  • Access to Fitness Passport to help you stay healthy and active
Career Growth Opportunities

At the ORS Group, your development is our priority. We'll support you in achieving your career goals through tailored career pathways: specialise in areas such as paediatrics, home modifications —or explore other disciplines like Positive Behaviour Support, Early Childhood Support or Rehabilitation Consulting.

  • Ongoing learning: access internal professional development, interdisciplinary training, and Special Interest Groups, as well as options for external training
  • A dedicated Manager to help you create and achieve your individualised growth plan
  • Leadership opportunities: grow into team leader roles or explore regional and interstate secondments
