Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Immutable Full time
About Us

Immutable is a global technology company, powering the world of NFTs on Ethereum. We are on a mission to be the number one ecosystem for NFTs, which empowers and rewards users. Founded in 2018, Immutable is one of the fastest Australian companies to hit unicorn status, having raised more than AUD $300 M+ and a valuation of AUD $3.5 billion.

Currently, the Immutable Group consists of the Immutable Platform, the preferred developer platform for building and scaling web3 games on Ethereum, and Immutable Games, a global leader in web3 game development and publishing with leading titles Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians. It is our ambition to make digital worlds real; we have incredible global growth plans as we strive to become the number one ecosystem for NFTs.

About The Role

As the Principal Product Manager (Growth), you will report to our VP of Product and take charge of our growth strategy and experimentation of our multiple rewards programs. You will work closely within a triad of product, engineering, and design to collaboratively execute these strategies. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated engineering squad that will support the development of essential program tactics.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing crypto rewards strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and market positioning
  • Leading strategic planning sessions to align all stakeholders on goals and execution plans
  • Establishing and maintaining data collection processes to gather relevant metrics on user engagement, reward redemption, and program performance
  • Developing a metrics dashboard to track key health metrics and inform OKRs
  • Translating data insights into actionable strategies and improvements for the rewards program
  • Ensuring data-driven insights are communicated effectively to all stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Implementing growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and optimize various elements of the rewards program for maximum impact
  • Collaborating with marketing and other teams to drive user acquisition and retention through innovative reward mechanisms
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly experienced Product Manager with a focus on growth and funnel optimization. You should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on growth and funnel optimization
  • Knowledge or passion in web3 technologies, rewards programs, blockchain, and decentralized applications
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to liaise with our engineering team at a technical level
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive and foster relationships throughout the organization
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to influence key partners
About the Team

This role will be part of the Immutable X platform team. At Immutable, you'll be able to build next-generation infrastructure for NFTs on Ethereum and get deep access to the most exciting projects, technology, and opportunities in the space. If you want to make it easier to build high-quality, scalable Ethereum NFT projects, working in the product team at Immutable is the best way to have a huge impact.
