Cleanliness Specialist - Hospitality Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen, bar, and restaurant areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venues
  • Safely handle and store chemicals and equipment in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
  • Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)
  • Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster including overnight shifts
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
