Senior Sales Liaison

This role is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can establish and maintain strong relationships with sales agents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster effective partnerships with sales agents.
  • Present project information to agents, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to promote projects successfully.
  • Closely collaborate with directors and project managers to achieve sales goals.
  • Negotiate commission rates, agency agreements, and access to properties on behalf of agents.
  • Coordinate events to promote allocated projects and Colliers' brand.

Requirements:

  • Able to provide exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Melbourne's property market and off-the-plan project sales.
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.
