Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our Marketing team at UpGuard.

This is a key role in our cross-functional Growth Marketing squad, responsible for designing high-impact growth campaigns and collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects to life.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading web design projects in fast-paced environments and strong experience in UX design methodologies.

You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing visually appealing web pages and assets that meet campaign objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and suggestions
  • Building out HTML/CSS solutions directly in Webflow

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A portfolio of projects showcasing your eye for design
  • Strong experience coding with frontend JavaScript frameworks or vanilla DOM APIs
  • Experience developing and implementing design systems in code
  • An interest in motion design and web-based motion and animation libraries
