Registered Nurse

Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bayswater Gardens, a state-of-the-art aged care residence in Sydney's Inner West.
As a casual Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019. This includes ensuring residents' rights and accreditation requirements are met at all times.
Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents. This includes building capability as required and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently, and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
- First Aid and CPR qualification
- Fluent spoken English and literate in English
Desirable skills and attributes include experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement, infection control, care planning and assessment, palliative care, dementia care, and ACFI/AN-ACC experience.
