Job Summary:

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Efficiently manage daily export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
">- Book and register shipments effectively, meeting company standards
">- Prepare export documentation with precision and attention to detail
">- Respond promptly to clients and other departments, providing exceptional customer service
">- Accurately prepare invoices for clients, maintaining high levels of accuracy
">- Maintain adherence to company and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
">- Significant experience in Export Air operations within a Freight Forwarding company
">- Strong CargoWise skills, with a preference for advanced knowledge
">- A driven and proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail
">- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
