We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Supervisor at The Farm Byron Bay.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a positive and social atmosphere, fostering teamwork, enthusiasm, and inclusivity. As a pivotal member of the retail team, you will report to the Retail Manager and enhance the shopping experience across our retail/produce store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously complete retail opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure all management procedures are followed during opening and closing.
  • Assist in the setup and stock control of the retail/produce store.
  • Provide consistent support and training to the retail team in alignment with our ethos and training policies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail/produce store ensuring superior service.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and the floor team.
  • Deliver outstanding service and foster positivity to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints swiftly and accurately.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, preferably MICROS.
  • Familiarity with NSW Food Health and Safety regulations.
