The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion and wellbeing across the P-12 setting.

  • Lead Learning Support Teachers and Classroom Support Assistants to deliver innovative, inclusive and student-centred support from Prep to Year 12.

About the Role:

This role involves enhancing teaching practices, wellbeing initiatives and operational systems to achieve optimal outcomes for students, staff and families.

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on inclusive education initiatives across a P–12 setting.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks, overseeing targeted support and extension programs.
  • Mentoring and supporting teaching staff in inclusive and differentiated practices, and leading professional learning.
  • Implementing innovative practices to enhance learning outcomes and support inclusion.
