About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team in a beautiful regional location. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team to ensure every resident's clinical care needs are met and maintained in line with care planning and industry standards.

You will thrive leading your team, providing them with the motivation and continuous development required to perform their duties effectively. You will also be comfortable and willing to provide hands-on clinical support when required.

As an excellent communicator, you will establish and build effective relationships with residents and families, ensuring they are comfortable and involved in care planning and daily living goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff
  • Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing in line with standards
  • Accurate completion, review, and updating of relevant documentation
  • Motivation, training, and development of clinical team members
  • Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
  • Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
  • Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
