- Accurately complete, review, and update relevant documentation
- Motivate, train, and develop the clinical skills of team members
- Ensure compliance and quality indicators are consistently met
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with prior leadership experience
- Up-to-date knowledge and practical experience in achieving accreditation standards
- Ability to identify and enhance areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
