Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our software integration testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development and testing, as well as exceptional technical leadership skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers responsible for end-to-end software integration testing on games developed by our studio. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, ensuring that all tests are thoroughly executed, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will work closely with our development teams to customize the testing approach based on product scope and status. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in software development and testing to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Lead a team of engineers responsible for software integration testing, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  2. Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing of software products.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to customize the testing approach based on product scope and status.
  4. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying knowledge to improve testing processes and tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and testing, including product testing experience.
  • Excellent technical leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Microsoft Office, Jira, Linux OS, Windows OS, C++, C#, scripting, and/or automation tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
