Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Software Integration Testing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SIT engineers responsible for end-to-end software integration testing on games developed by the studio.
  • Develop and implement procedures, tools, and test plans to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Analyse product architecture and commercial requirements to build Integrity test plans.
  • Create Compliance test plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Design and implement Integration test plans to ensure seamless integration with technology.
  • Monitor project progress and confer with management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Studio leadership team to ensure testing strategy aligns with development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Software development and/or testing, including product testing experience.
  • Prior experience in the land-based gaming industry is preferred, or experience in a closely related gaming field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Microsoft Office, Jira, Linux OS, Windows OS, C++, C#, scripting and/or automation tools.
