About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cranial and Spinal Technologies team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing superior customer service, clinical support, and territory management for our Queensland region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional Spinal Sales and neurosurgery teams to identify new users for applicable technology-enabled procedures.
  • Work with the State Sales manager to prioritize customer technical support and service expectation goals.
  • Document new or existing installations.
  • Coordinate and support on-site installations with customers.
  • Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
  • Provide timely information to the regional team regarding customer concerns and market opportunities.
  • Report necessary complaints and partner with customer service to ensure full resolution.
  • Train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters relating to our technology-enabled procedures.
  • Provide a clinical resource for surgeons and clinicians.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years relevant experience or Associate Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical setting or within the medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Biomedical background.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in Image Guided surgery (IGS).
  • Experience in Robot operating systems/Engineering.
