About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar and Wait Staff member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Availability to work a seven-day week, including evenings and weekends
- Current RSA certification
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role (not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 20kgs and perform physical tasks as required
- Current driver's license
