About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality & Accommodation Manager to join our team at Hampton Hill Station. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our accommodation and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage bookings, customer relations, and reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including repairs and maintenance.
  • Liaise with landlords, new and existing guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement budgets, and coordinate with senior management.
  • Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field, or three years of relevant experience.
  • At least three years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Management experience, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • High level of customer service, with attention to detail.
  • Fork Lift & Loader Ticket.
