We are looking for a skilled and friendly receptionist to support our team.

This is a casual opportunity to work in a wellness-focused Chiropractic clinic, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients.

The role involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, processing payments and sales, as well as supporting the team with their tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and time manage effectively, and have a positive and professional attitude.

Experience as a receptionist, particularly in healthcare, would be an advantage but is not essential. We provide training for all aspects of the job.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Make appointments and manage schedules
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Process payments and sales using HICAPS and EFTPOS
  • Support the team with their tasks and projects

**Working Conditions:**

  • Monday to Friday
  • No less than 8 hours per week
  • In-person work location
