Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Academic Success Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our educational support services, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering curricular and co-curricular programs that empower students to achieve academic success.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our institution.

In this role, you will work closely with faculty members and other stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote student learning and academic achievement. Your expertise in academic literacies and your ability to design and deliver engaging programs will make a significant impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead the design and delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs and services that enhance student academic success.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote student learning and academic achievement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to academic success programs.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities to ensure the effectiveness of academic success programs.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in education or an academic literacies-related field and/or sustained relevant experience delivering curricular and co-curricular academic success programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of research and best practice regarding the innovation and optimisation of academic success and support programs.
  • Demonstrated capability to implement, manage, and prioritise the end-to-end delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs in partnership with faculties and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the proficiency to evaluate program effectiveness and undertake continuous quality improvement activities to uplift student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to advise and influence key faculty stakeholders and achieve buy-in for academic success programs.
