Job Title: Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Effective listener with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to a person-centered approach to care
