Aviation Global Planning Manager

The Aviation Global Planning Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's operational planning strategy, systems, methods and procedures to successfully plan and deliver operational outcomes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational planning staff and activities, ensuring alignment with strategic direction, Program Integrated Business Planning requirements and customer commitments.
  • Manage Planning teams and activities to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Determine and manage staffing requirements to promote workforce sustainability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' operational planning experience in an engineering, manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Significant experience working with complex ERP systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Australian citizen with ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.
  • Prior experience as an Operational Planning leader in an engine or component MRO company.
