Commercial Property Manager Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring seamless management and maximum returns.

  • Manage portfolios with precision and attention to detail
  • Serve as primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and bodies corporate
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and outgoings
  • Collaborate with accounts teams to deliver accurate reporting and financials
  • Ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service experiences
About the Role:

This is a full portfolio management role covering all operational, financial, and tenant engagement responsibilities.

You'll work closely with a supportive team, enjoying autonomy in your day-to-day activities while being accountable for delivering results.
