Technical Lead - Customer Identity and Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver innovative CIAM solutions that meet organisational goals and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CIAM solutions, including design, implementation, and optimisation. They will also have strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM, and APIs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions.
  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in CIAM solutions as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM, and APIs.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
