We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinical care specialist to provide high-quality nursing services to young people experiencing mental health challenges in our Youth Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, a commitment to recovery-oriented practice, and experience working in community mental health settings.
About the Position:- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to young people with mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with young people, families, and carers to deliver person-centered care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold a current practicing certificate.
- Enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
