Job Description
This Casual Nursing/Midwife Bank position at Barwon Health allows Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives, and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to take advantage of shifts at short notice without long-term commitment. Staff are booked into shifts via a matching system that reviews their skills versus vacancies across multiple sites and locations. As a member of this team, you will provide patient-focused, holistic nursing care, working towards desired clinical outcomes while recognizing patients' dignity, culture, and values.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and the ability to empower patients and families within a service embracing continuity of philosophy and consistency of advice.
