This role offers the opportunity to work across all areas of the facility, under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or delegate. You will be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities to assist patients/residents to meet care needs and health outcomes.
