We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Community Rehabilitation Program at Eastern Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide center and home-based therapy to patients with a wide range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with complex communication and swallowing needs
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Eligibility for practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Previous experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably with an adult caseload
