Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Specialist to join our Business Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer pain points and developing strategies to address and streamline customer processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Risk Management: Develop and implement operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct thorough analysis of customer journeys to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experiences.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience in a banking or financial services role, with a strong understanding of operational risk management and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
