About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team on a part-time basis at our store.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer journey by providing tailored solutions to customers' needs.

You will be empowered to identify products and services that can transform customers' telecommunications experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide personalized solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
