Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members
  • Proactively seek out and generate new leads through various channels
  • Collaborate with the team to create a fun and welcoming gym environment that fosters member engagement and loyalty
  • Promote the club within the local community through various marketing initiatives
  • Maintain the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the fitness industry and has a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is focused, professional, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results. A sales background is highly desirable, but not essential.
