Job Description

As a Senior Software Development Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing scalable software solutions that meet business needs
  • Maintaining and enhancing production-grade codebases to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing sprint planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring continuity of delivery and proactive management of technical debt
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development with proficiency in .NET and .NET Core, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Expertise in secure-by-design coding practices, software architecture, solution design, and engineering best practices
  • Strong understanding of SDLC principles, agile methodologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development, OAuth flows, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
