The Unit Coordinator role is a vital position in our dynamic radio team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain staff schedules
  • Prepare contributor agreements and staff contracts
  • Compile reports and briefings
  • Share updates with the team
  • Provide on-the-spot training
  • Assist with bookings, budgets, and content projects

Financially, you will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking performance, forecasting, and handling monthly journals and accruals.

About You:

We are looking for a natural communicator, a great team player, and someone comfortable building positive working relationships. You will need strong organizational skills, be able to juggle priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.

You should have experience providing both administrative and financial support, be confident with Microsoft Office, have a background in scheduling or logistics, and ideally have some knowledge of payroll systems and SAP Finance.
