Job Title: Mobile Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Quality Assurance Lead to drive excellence in mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of test professionals to achieve quality goals in mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business experts, and project managers, to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain mobile test automation frameworks, integrating them into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines with DevOps teams.
  • Analyse solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases, leveraging expertise in Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Conduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API, identifying bugs across tech platforms.
  • Guide QA team members to deliver quality outcomes, fostering a collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Report on test progress and outcomes using data analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus.
