Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our mobile testing initiatives. This is a key role that will require strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement efficient mobile test automation frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze solution designs and documentation to create comprehensive test cases
- Conduct API and UI testing using industry-standard tools
- Mentor and guide QA team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Report on test progress and outcomes using data-driven insights
- 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
