Accounts Receivable Expert Job

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Expert to manage the full AR process for our globally recognized business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and reconciliations.

  • This role involves overseeing and managing the entire AR function, including follow-ups on overdue payments, handling complex customer queries, generating and maintaining AR aging reports, and reconciling the AR ledger.

The successful candidate will work closely with both local and international clients to resolve discrepancies, collaborate with key internal teams to ensure a smooth collections cycle, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full AR process, including domestic and international debtor accounts, streamlining processes, and collaborating with key internal teams.
  • Handle complex customer queries, work closely with clients across different regions and time zones, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and maintain AR aging reports, support the broader finance team with cash flow forecasting, and reconcile the AR ledger to maintain accuracy.
  • Liaise regularly with the Sales team to review outstanding accounts and ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level Accounts Receivable role, ideally with exposure to international operations.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and reconciliations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach to managing accounts, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to identify process improvements, and experience with ERP system is a bonus.
